Sharing Grids

Any grid can be shared as a public, read-only link — no login required for people viewing it.

How to enable sharing

  1. Open the grid you want to share
  2. Click the Share button in the toolbar
  3. A secure, unique link is generated — copy it and send it

The link uses a cryptographically secure token that cannot be guessed or brute-forced.

What viewers can see

  • All rows and their cell content (AI-generated and manually entered)
  • All column names and their format types (checkboxes render as checkboxes, URLs as links, etc.)
  • The full structure of the grid

What viewers cannot see

  • Your AI prompts — the column configuration is hidden from shared views
  • Your grid context (system prompt)
  • Uploaded documents — viewers cannot access or download the source files
  • Grid settings or any internal configuration

Viewers see the output, not the setup. Your intellectual property — the prompts you've crafted — stays private.

Viewer capabilities

Viewers in a shared grid are in read-only mode:

  • All buttons and editing controls are disabled
  • Cells cannot be edited, added, or deleted
  • Columns and rows cannot be modified

Disabling sharing

Click Share again and toggle sharing off. The link immediately stops working — anyone attempting to open it sees an error page. There is no grace period or delay.

Copying a shared grid

If a viewer is logged in, they can click Copy to my account to create their own editable copy of the grid. The copy includes all rows, columns (with prompts), and cell content.

Viewers who aren't logged in are invited to sign up to access this feature.

Privacy notes

  • Shared grids are not cached — if you update the grid and someone visits the link, they see the latest version
  • Revoking the link takes effect immediately
  • Even if a viewer copies the URL, they cannot access it after you've disabled sharing
